We believe each employee plays a vital role in the school’s mission. BCS provides a positive work environment where all staff can thrive and grow professionally while integrating their Christian commitment and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Currently Available:

• Art Specialist: 1st-4th Grade
• Music Specialist: Middle School
• Band and/or Choir Teacher: 5th-8th Grade
• High School Foreign Language Teacher (Spanish)
• Support Services Teacher (PT or FT)
• Classroom Teachers across Grade Levels including Preschool
• Instructional Assistants

A teaching certification is preferred for the teaching positions, but not required.
