Tyler Leach - Middle School

Mr. Leach teaches 7th & 8th grade reading, math and history.

Mr. Leach enjoys backpacking in the local mountains, reading and cooking. His favorite food is Thai.  In his spare time he plays the guitar and basketball. He also volunteers with Young Life, which has a special place in his heart.

Tyler's favorite scripture is Psalm 91. Verses 14-16 state, Because he loves me, says the LORD, I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.

"It is essentially a declaration of God's love for me in very material terms. It says to me, 'you are not a statistic to Me.'"

After completing his bachelor's degree in English, he went on to get his Master's Degree in Education. This is his first teaching job.
